Shipping FAQ

OutdoorFireplace.org ships all of our outdoor fireplaces and firepits via UPS Ground. Shipping typically takes 3-6 business days, depending on your distance from Scottsdale, AZ. We keep all of our firepits & fireplaces in stock, and your fireplace will ship out promptly after your order. Typically, you will receive a tracking # within 48 hours of your purchase. Although shipping damage is rare, it is important that you inspect your fireplace immediately upon receipt (preferably before the driver leaves) so that you can reject the package if there is any sign of damage.
